By inputting data into Sacred Collections, you consent to allow the platform to share collection-related information with relevant vendors. For example:
Magic: The Gathering collection data may be shared with Magic: The Gathering's vendor to assist in improving services, prebuilt decks, card rendering, and other features.
Improvement of Services
Your data may be analyzed and used to improve Sacred Collections' features, including:
Prebuilt deck suggestions.
Enhanced card rendering.
Curated "top picks" for users.
Site Security
Sacred Collections is currently in beta testing. As a result:
The site may be unsecure. Do not reuse your password from other sites when creating an account.
We cannot guarantee full security of user data at this stage.
Data Loss
During beta testing, we may modify, remove, or restructure data for platform improvement.
We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from these changes or any other beta-related activities.
Account Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for safeguarding their accounts. Do not share your password with anyone.

Fair Use Compliance
Sacred Collections operates in accordance with the Fair Use Act, ensuring limited use of copyrighted materials for purposes such as commentary, education, or research. Examples include:
Displaying card images for collection management purposes.
Using card data to assist with prebuilt decks, card recommendations, and curated suggestions.
Users are reminded that Fair Use protections are not absolute, and any misuse of copyrighted materials is prohibited.
User Content
Users must not upload copyrighted or illegal materials without explicit permission from the copyright holder. Sacred Collections reserves the right to remove such content without notice.
Account Safety
Never share your password with others.
Sacred Collections is not responsible for unauthorized access due to shared passwords.
Respect for Others
Treat other users with respect.
Do not attempt to exploit, hack, or harm the platform or its users.
Reporting Issues
Users are encouraged to report any bugs, errors, or issues they encounter using the ticketing system available on the site.

The Reliquary is currently under early-stage beta testing and is not a finalized product. By accessing or using The Reliquary module, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Guarantees: The Reliquary offers no assurances of data confidentiality, accuracy, integrity, or security.
Not Regulatory Compliant: The module does not meet any local, state, federal, or international regulatory requirements, including but not limited to HIPAA, GDPR, or financial recordkeeping standards.
Testing Purposes Only: The Reliquary is provided strictly for experimental and internal testing purposes.
Sensitive Data Warning
The Reliquary may include features that allow for storage or tracking of financial assets, health data, documentation, or other personal information. Users are strongly advised not to upload any sensitive or confidential data at this time.
No Data Protections: Data entered is not encrypted or monitored for breach.
No Breach Notifications: In the event of unauthorized access or data loss, no breach response or notification procedures are currently in place.
No Business Liability: Sacred Collections and its owners, partners, or affiliates will not be held liable for any damages, data loss, data exposure, or legal consequences arising from the use of The Reliquary module.

All users of The Reliquary assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from its use, including but not limited to:
Misuse or mismanagement of personal or financial data.
